I have waited 6 hours and 47 minutes for this location to package and ship 13 boxes.

The manager of the location, Diana, was extremely rude to me from the moment I walked in-- I also witnessed her questioning customers, being extremely short, and showing general disrespect to over 30 of the 100 people that walked in while I was waiting.

There was one older lady who tried to use the fax machine that Diana told to go figure it out until the lady begged for help where Diana finally went to help

I like the company, this location-- friendly and hard working employees except the horrible manager.
